In October, Telstra’s Executive, Software Engineering & IT (CIO), Kieran O’Meara, had a key piece of advice for organisations looking to deploy AI tools: just because you can, doesn’t mean you should.

During a trip to the United States, O’Meara was shown a use case of how generative AI could be used to better explain a bill to a customer.
