In what he agrees is a very “noisy market”, Rippling is targeting the administrative burden and pain that payroll specialists are feeling at a time when the risk of inadvertently underpaying staff is very much front of mind.
“You do that and you are front page fodder,” Loop tells ADAPT.
What’s even more scary is those employers who are caught underpaying staff on purpose will also face potential jail terms if a Labor-backed bill becomes law.
Loop says organisations considering workforce management solutions like Rippling want to get rid of systems that, in many cases, are redundant and do the same jobs.
