Oct 3, 2025 | 6 minsIt’s not uncommon for CareSuper’s Chief Technology Officer, Simon Reiter, to receive up to 20 cold calls a day from tech vendors selling their wares. But that’s just one of his frustrations.
“It’s not just the calls; it’s the emails, the LinkedIn messages…when you get that volume coming through on top of everything else you’re trying to do. It’s really frustrating when most of them [sales execs] approach it in that cold manner and have no context or preparation to their message”, he tells ADAPT.
Reiter believes it wouldn’t take much effort for salespeople to use AI tools to research CareSuper and his background, gaining a better understanding of the organisation and the regulatory environment it operates in.
