Vendor Sessions: PhoenixDX Avoids ‘IT Winter’, Grows with Custom Software
Jan 22, 2025 | 3 minsPhoenixDX has sidestepped what its director, Juan Martin, describes as an “IT winter” in 2024, a period of hibernation that prolonged buyers’ decisions on new technology investments.
Martin says the software development firm – which was acquired in January by global consulting services company Alan Allman Associates – has continued to grow due to its ability to deliver software to customers in “a third of the time and at half of the cost.”
PhoenixDX uses the OutSystems low code development platform to build software for enterprise organisations and government agencies. In early 2024, the organisation announced that Victoria Police would be deploying the platform to help provide better digital services to officers in the field.
