Infrastructure modernisation and simplification have consistently been the number one priority for organisations in 2024 as they clean house and eliminate legacy systems that hinder the creation of new digital services.

Principal Research Analyst, Peter Hind, says digitisation can “kill two birds with one stone” in an economic background where money is tight and where skills shortages may worsen if immigration is restricted following this year’s federal election.
