At Security Edge, ADAPT’s Director of Strategic Research, Matt Boon, revealed the core findings distilled from 144 Australian CISOs.

Since the pandemic, Australian security leaders from the top government and enterprise organisations are witnessing a 94% increase in cyber attacks. Ransomware and data security are their most concerning threats. CISOs are most motivated by protecting an organisation’s reputation from brand damage and loss of customers.

2022 has seen the CISO’s role solidify as guardians of its assets, people and customers.
