Executive summary
In August 2024, ADAPT gathered over 140 Australian CIOs from leading organisations at CIO Edge, to discuss the key challenges and opportunities facing IT leaders today. Five central themes emerged, highlighting the strategic priorities for CIOs as they approach 2025. These themes reveal the shifting responsibilities of CIOs and provide valuable guidance for technology vendors to align their solutions with the evolving needs of IT leaders.
