The connected customer experience – a conversation with Asia-Pacific technology leaders
Over March and April 2019, ADAPT undertook four roundtable events with more than 50 of the region’s top CIOs and technology leaders across Singapore, Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra.
Participants at the roundtables discussed how to more effectively harness corporate data resources with the goal of assisting their organisations in aligning employee and customer experiences into a more holistic human experience (HX).
The Outcomes
More than half (55%) of CIOs responding to the latest ADAPT CIO Edge survey indicated that within the next 18 months they plan to implement improved functionality for handling payments. One quarter (25%) are planning projects in the next six months.
- Pursuing an API-centric digital transformation strategy can make the organisation’s data resources more discoverable by end users. They are then able to leverage this information more rapidly, which drives fact-based decision making.
