Although much has changed in 2020, the imperative to become a digital native has not.

“There is a cost to being a digital laggard,” according to Dell Technologies’ Global Chief Technology Officer John Roese.

Companies without a strong digital transformation underway pre-COVID are struggling to adapt business experiences to mixed environments.”

Although four in every five global firms have accelerated aspects of digital transformations, only 41% have fast-tracked either the bulk or – preferably – all these crucial, forward-facing initiatives.

Unsurprisingly, strengthening cybersecurity and expanding remote operations are the top initiatives.
