About Claudine

A senior executive and board director, Claudine brings 20 years’ experience in strategy, technology leadership, business transformation, and customer-centric growth. She has expertise in driving innovation, artificial intelligence, quantum computing, data & analytics and cyber risk management.

She is the Managing Director of Ogilvie and Ogilvie Consulting, and a Non-Executive board Director for Cuscal (B2B payments and open banking).
Claudine was awarded Top CIO50 in Australia in 2016.

Previously, Claudine was a Non-Executive board Director for Youi Insurance. She led the Digital and Data businesses and Innovation for Compass Group Asia Pacific, She was the Group Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Jetstar Group of Airlines (includes 4 AsiaPac JVs), and CIO for Ridley Corporation. She led Consumer and Industrial Markets strategy and management consulting at KPMG, and an early career in sales, marketing, and product management.

Leveraging her experience as part of the Australian Olympic Sailing Development team to drive performance, she is also a coach and mentor to talented and aspiring leaders from a variety of industries. She is a champion for diversity, inclusion, ESG and the role it plays in business and leadership effectiveness.
