Optimising the Employee Experience for a Future-Fit Workforce

ADAPT undertook a qualitative survey among our region’s top executives to assess how their businesses were responding to the pandemic. They told us about new digital delivery models they’d built, how executive minds had been opened up to new possibilities and how decision making had been accelerated. Repeatedly, ADAPT was told that “our business is not going back to the old ways of doing things”. Yet many also saw warning signs on the horizon that indicated this new normal would be much more competitive.
