Nicole Schmitz is a multi-award-winning coach and entrepreneur who holds a double Bachelor’s degree in Law and Psychology and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Nicole’s journey towards confident leadership communication began early in life when she went from being an extremely shy child to speaking on a live global stage of 100,000+ people. She then took this experience to the boardroom to influence top CEOs in Australia and the world.
Through extensive research and reflection on her personal experience, Nicole identified a strong need for leadership soft skills development in the corporate and entrepreneurial spaces. She observed countless professionals who were extremely intelligent and technically skilled. However, they were unable to reach their full leadership potential due to blindspots in their communication.
During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when mindset, confidence, and communication were at an all-time low, she brought her vision to life and launched her global digital leadership development business.
Within the first two months, she partnered with clients across 10 countries to conquer their setbacks and think, speak, and connect like influential strategic thought leaders to drive business relationships and growth.
She attributes these successes to her unique ability to cut through the clutter and use science-based techniques to truly get to the core of challenges and create lasting change.
Nicole has immersed herself in the cultures of over 45 countries, lived in 4 cities and settled in her home city Sydney, Australia.
Currently, Nicole is tracking well to achieve her 2030 goal of helping 20,000 people find their unique Leadership X-Factor.
