Chris Merjane

Chris Merjane is a senior finance and legal leader with more than fourteen years of experience across multinational organisations and top-tier advisory firms.

He is currently Head of Finance, Corporate Functions at ResMed, following roles as Senior Tax Counsel and Tax Counsel within the business. Chris previously practiced at Gilbert + Tobin, advising on major M&A, corporate structuring, and high-value transactions, and began his career at PwC specializing in complex restructures and disputes. He is known for his strong cross-functional leadership and ability to simplify complex financial and legal issues to drive strategic outcomes.
